The invention discloses a slant-base-plate-type stilling pool. The slant-base-plate-type stilling pool comprises a draining trough section, an inlet arc joining section, a slant base plate, a stilling pool tail ridge and a downstream apron. The draining trough section, the inlet arc joining section, the slant base plate, the stilling pool tail ridge and the downstream apron are sequentially connected to form a stilling pool body. The included angle formed between the draining trough section and the horizontal plane is theta, a diffused manner is adopted in the horizontal direction, and a diffused angle r is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 15 degrees. The slant-base-plate-type stilling pool is simple in arrangement, convenient to maintain and meanwhile capable of adapting to various complex terrains; and particularly, when bed rock is slant, due to the arrangement along the direction of the bed rock, the construction cost is better saved, and meanwhile the good stability and the good energy dissipation effect can be guaranteed.
