Prestressed pipe pile upright
The invention discloses a prestressed pipe pile upright. The prestressed pipe pile upright comprises a steel lattice post, a pipe pile and a pipe pile core insert. The pipe pile core insert is coaxially and fixedly connected with the lower end of the steel lattice post and fixedly inserted into the pipe pile in an annular column shape. The lower end of the steel lattice post is fixedly connected with the upper end of the pipe pile core insert. The upper end of the pipe pile core insert is connected with a pipe pile end plate on the top of the pipe pile. The lower end of the pipe pile core insert is fixedly provided with a layer board. A pouring space is formed by the layer board and the inner side gap, above the layer board, of the pipe pile and is filled with expansive concrete in a poured mode. The prestressed pipe pile and the steel lattice post are combined together to serve as an upright system for a deep foundation pit horizontal support, the system is high in construction speed, expenses are reduced, large moment of inertia is provided, the function of improving the whole rigidity is achieved, and the superiority that the steel lattice post is connected with the support at the upper portion of a foundation pit and penetrates through a bottom board for waterproof construction is fully played at the same time.
