The invention provides a construction method of a prestressed pipe pile. The advantages of the prestressed pipe pile and a carrier pile are fully combined into a whole, construction of the prestressedpipe pile is conducted firstly, then construction of a solidified carrier or a dense carrier or a composite carrier is conducted through a center hole channel of the prestressed pipe pile, and therefore the bearing capacity of the prestressed pipe pile is greatly improved; and meanwhile, the work efficiency is improved and the cost is saved. The invention provides the specially-made prestressed pipe pile, when the prestressed pipe pile is manufactured, a reinforcing pipe body is arranged in an inner cavity of the bottom end of the prestressed pipe pile, the rigidity of the bottom end of the prestressed pipe pile is enhanced, the bottom end of the prestressed pipe pile is effectively protected and prevented from being stressed to crack, and therefore the engineering quality is guaranteed.
