The invention relates to a stretch fixing part and a ceiling provided with the same. The stretch fixing part is mounted at the edges of a ceiling body and comprises a first stretch fixing portion and a second stretch fixing portion bending from one end of the first stretch fixing portion, the first stretch fixing portion comprises a first stretch fixing surface, the second stretch fixing portion comprises a second stretch fixing surface extending from one side of the first stretch fixing surface, and the first stretch fixing surface and the second stretch fixing surface are used for matching with the edges of the ceiling body respectively. The stretch fixing part is mounted at the edges of the ceiling body and matches with the edges of the ceiling body through the first stretch fixing portion and the second stretch fixing portion at a certain angle, so that a plurality of ceiling bodies have the same bending angle and shape to avoid deformation and are uniform in joints after mounting, and a good mounting effect is achieved.
