The invention relates to a self-cleaned environmentally-friendly foam board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 30 to 40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 100 to 140 parts of water to form glue, placing the glue into a high-speed shearing machine, then adding 100 to 120 parts of aluminum sulfate cement and 2 to 3 parts of alcohol-amine antirust agent into the high-speed shearing machine, cutting and stirring at a high speed, wherein the cutting speed is 6000 to 8000 RPM, the cutting time is 5 to 10 minutes, then the transferring the mixture into a high-speed stirrer, adding 8 to 12 parts of kardson stone, 1 to 1.3 parts of inorganic aluminate waterproof agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of aluminium-magnesium silicate, 1.5 to 1.9 parts of RTV organic silica gel and 0.5 to 2 parts of high-aluminum cement foaming agent, stirring at a rotation speed of 1000 to 1500 r/min for 10 to 15 minutes, finally adding 3 to 5 parts of PVA staple fibers, stirring at a speed of 800 to 1000 r/min for 5 to 10 minutes, discharging the mixed material into a mould, fully filling the mold with 10dm<3> wire baskets, standing in the mold, curing and forming, and drying until the moisture content is 12 percent to obtain the self-cleaned environmentally-friendly foam board.
