The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-tenacity environment-friendly foam board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing glue from 30-40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 100-140 parts of water, adding the glue into a high-speed shearing machine, adding 100-120 parts of sulphate aluminum cement and 2-3 parts of amine-alcohol corrosion inhibitors, carrying out high-speed shearing at a speed of 6000rpm-8000rpm for 5-10 minutes, transferring the mixture into a high-speed mixing machine, adding 8-12 parts of Kardson stone, 3-6 parts of lignocellulose, 1-1.3 parts of an inorganic aluminum salt waterproof agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of aluminum-magnesium silicate, 1.5-1.9 parts of acrylic acid glue powder and 0.5-2 parts of a high-aluminum cement foaming agent, stirring at a rotation speed of 1000r/min-1500r/min for 10-15 minutes, finally adding 3-5 parts of PVA short filaments, stirring at a rotation speed of 800r/min-1000r/m for 5-10 minutes, discharging the mixture into a mold which is fully and squarely stacked with 10d<3> steel wire cages, standing until the mixture is cured and formed in the mold, taking out the mixture, and drying until the moisture content of the mixture is 12%, so as to obtain the high-tenacity environment-friendly foam board.
