Lead-free high energy storage ferroelectric material, and applications thereof
The invention discloses a lead-free high energy storage ferroelectric material, and applications thereof. The lead-free high energy storage ferroelectric material is used for solving problems that conventional ferroelectric materials are PZT system materials which may cause serious pollution, and no other ferroelectric materials used for high voltage energy changing are provided. The chemical formula of the lead-free high energy storage ferroelectric material is (1-x)(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-xBiAlO3, and x is used for representing a number ranging from 0.01 to 0.09. The lead-free high energy storage ferroelectric material is capable of realizing polarization storage of charge energy under the action of a direct current external electric field, and then releasing large current pulse signals under high pressure surge after polarization. The invention also discloses energy storage applications of the novel ferroelectric ceramic material; new development on impulsive discharge materials is realized; and significant importance and a promising application prospect are provided.
