Micropore alumina and mullite ceramic separation film supporting body and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a micropore alumina and mullite ceramic separation film supporting body and a preparation method thereof. The supporting body is prepared through the grouting forming technology and the in-situ reaction sintering process and is prepared from, by weight, 52-80% of aluminum oxide materials, 1-38% of alumina-silica raw materials, 1-18% of binding materials and 0.05-10% of additives. The granularity of aluminum oxide materials and alumina-silica raw materials is smaller than or equal to 0.075 mm. The method has the main advantages that a small amount of mullite with binding and filling effects is generated in a sample in situ, the sintering temperature of a product is reduced, and the physical performance of the product is improved; the obtained micropore alumina and mullite ceramic separation film supporting body is low in sintering temperature, high in mechanical strength, high in permeability, capable of resisting acid, alkali and high temperature, high in reproductivity, low in preparation cost, capable of easily controlling the process and suitable for application and popularization and the like.
