The present invention discloses a partial ground anchor balancing cable cable-stayed bridge, and relates to the field of cable-stayed bridges. The partial ground anchor balancing cable cable-stayed bridge comprises a main beam 1, and a first bridge tower 2 and a second bridge tower 3 which are adjacent to each other; the main beam 1 comprises a middle span midspan section main beam 4 positioned between the first bridge tower 2 and the second bridge tower 3; the first bridge tower 2 is provided with at least one first middle span stay cable 5 with one end anchored to the first bridge tower 2; the second bridge tower 3 is provided with at least one second middle span stay cable 6 with one end anchored to the second bridge tower 3; at least one middle span balancing cable 7 is disposed in the middle span midspan section main beam 4; and the middle span midspan section main beam 4 is connected with the first bridge tower 2 and the second bridge tower 3 via the first middle span stay cables 5, the middle span balancing cables 7 and the second middle span stay cables 6. The partial ground anchor balancing cable cable-stayed bridge is small in main beam axial force, simple in construction method, consistent in landscape effect and good in economy.
