The invention relates to a navigation, power generation and energy dissipation integrated ship lock. The navigation, power generation and energy dissipation integrated ship lock comprises an upstream herringbone service gate, a left gate wall, a right gate wall, a gate chamber base plate, a water conveying system, power generation plants, a tailrace system and a downstream herringbone service gate; the gate chamber base plate is arranged between the upstream herringbone service gate and the downstream herringbone service gate, the left gate wall and the right gate wall are arranged on the two sides of the gate chamber base plate respectively and are each provided with the power generation plants, and water-turbine generator sets are adopted in the power generation plants; the water conveying system and the tailrace system are arranged on the two sides of the gate chamber base plate; a cavity is formed below the gate chamber base plate, the water conveying system and the tailrace system are each provided with a branch pip, and the branch pipes are connected with the cavity below the gate chamber base plate; and a large number of through hoes in the vertical direction are distributed in the gate chamber base plate. By means of the structure, energy generated in the ship gate passing process due to a large number of changes of the water flow height can be effectively used, and the energy is used; and meanwhile, the impact force of the water flow can be reduced, and energy dissipation on the water flow is carried out.
