The invention discloses an environment-friendly type charging and feeding device for an intelligent cemented soil mixing pile. The environment-friendly type charging and feeding device comprises a material collecting tank, a material conveying tank, an ash conveying header tube, an intelligent control system and a high-pressure gas supply system, wherein the material collecting tank and the material conveying tank are connected through a flexible connecting sleeve; the material conveying tank is provided with a weight measuring sensor for measuring weight of the material conveying tank; during drilling, quantitative cement ash is conveyed to a hole bottom by virtue of high-pressure air; during drill rod lifting, the high-pressure gas in the material conveying tank is input to a drill bit through the ash conveying header tube; high-pressure air can be injected to compensate when gas pressure in the material conveying tank is insufficient; waste gas which is exhausted into air is utilized to achieve environment-friendly effect; and meanwhile, by virtue of the action of the high-pressure air, a cement material and a soil body are mixed more uniformly, and resistance during lifting of a drill rod is reduced, so that energy-saving effect is achieved. By intelligently controlling ash charging and gas charging, the environment-friendly type charging and feeding device is simple in structural formula and convenient in mounting; dust-free construction can be realized, influence on a surrounding environment is avoided, civilized construction is realized and the cement material is saved; and cheating on workmanship and materials is avoided, so that the construction quality is completely guaranteed.
