The invention discloses a construction method for precisely mounting embedded bolt sleeves of a seismic isolation and reduction support. The construction method includes: using the embedded steel plate of the seismic isolation and reduction support as a formwork to manufacture an embedded steel plate; forming grouting holes and mounting holes in the embedded steel plate; keeping the attached state of the embedded steel plate and the embedded steel plate of the seismic isolation and reduction support after the hole forming of the embedded steel plate, mounting short bolts into the mounting holes of the embedded steel plate of the seismic isolation and reduction support and the embedded steel plate, and mounting the sleeves at the positions of the short bolts through fixing reinforcing steel bars; taking the short bolts after the sleeves are in position. The construction method has the advantages that the elevation and horizontal positioning of the embedded steel plate can be adjusted, convenient concrete pouring is achieved, and construction efficiency is increased; the precise positioning problems of the embedded steel plate are solved, the bolt sleeves can be mounted precisely, and accordingly the seismic isolation and reduction support can be mounted precisely.
