In addition, operation is easy, construction efficiency is high, repeated use can be achieved, materials are saved, operability is high, and the application range is wide. The problem that in a traditional construction method for embedding bolts in a foundation structure, the positions of the embedded bolts are inconvenient to adjust is solved.
本发明公开了一种预埋螺栓定位安装装置及其施工方法,在通过测量仪器精准定位定位板在基础结构的竖向主筋上方的安装位置后,再通过支撑组件的长度和设置角度调节,使得支撑组件的下端能准确的支抵于竖向主筋上的锁附套管的支承件上,在基础结构的混凝土浇筑后,及时去除定位板和支撑组件,使得预埋螺栓留置于基础结构的混凝土,不仅实现了不同操作空间、精度要求下的预埋螺栓的定位安装,此外,操作简单、施工效率高、可重复使用、节省材料、操作性强、适用范围广。本发明解决了传统的基础结构中埋设螺栓的施工方法存在预埋螺栓位置调节不方便的问题。
