The invention relates to the technical field of house decoration, in particular to an improved threshold component with an adjustable height. The improved threshold component with the adjustable height comprises a threshold, a pad and a cover plate, wherein the threshold, the pad and the cover plate are in long strip shapes; the threshold is arranged on the pad; the lower surface of the threshold is provided with a groove; the threshold is provided with a plurality of screw holes; spring pieces are arranged around the screw holes in the groove; four-jaw nuts are arranged at positions, below the screw holes, on the pad; the threshold is fixed on the upper surface of the pad by virtue of that screws penetrate through the screw holes to be mutually cooperatively connected with the four-jaw nuts; a circle of slot is formed in each of the screws; the spring pieces are clamped into the slots; a strip of extension block is arranged at one side, close to the cover plate, of the threshold; a free end of the extension block is downwards provided with a strip of sealing strip which presses the upper surface of the cover plate.
