The invention provides a simple pole assembling tool and a pole assembling method therefor. The simple pole assembling tool comprises a base, wherein a first jacking device and a second jacking device are arranged on the base; the lower ends of the first jacking device and the second jacking device are connected with the base through rotating shafts; and clamps are arranged at the upper ends of the first jacking device and the second jacking device. According to the simple pole assembling tool provided by the invention, by a mutual coordination of the first jacking device and the second jacking device, assembling of a pole is achieved; manpower is greatly saved; and by a square base, the stability of a device is increased. Meanwhile, an anti-skid device is arranged at the bottom of the base, so that an accident due to the fact that the device slides in a stress state is prevented.
