The invention discloses a fireproof decorative outer wall board and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof decorative outer wall board is prepared from, by weight, 100-110 parts of mullite, 10-14 parts of vitrified micro beads, 145-155 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of rubber powder, 0.5-1 part of cellulose, 135-145 parts of water, 8-12 parts of pigments and 2-4 parts of a waterproof agent. According to the fireproof decorative outer wall board and the preparation method thereof, by taking the mullite as the main fireproof decorative materials, the service life of the wall board is prolonged, and the same life of decoration and a building is achieved; by adding a small number of the vitrified micro beads in the outer wall board, the board is prevented from cracking, and the board weight is reduced; by directly adding the pigments in the outer wall board, the aesthetic effect is improved, the service life of the pigments is prolonged, and the pigments are prevented from being peeled and disengaged in the later period; by selecting and using the methyl silicate waterproof agents, the water absorption of the board can be effectively decreased; preparation of the fireproof decorative outer wall board is achieved by adopting a vertical mould pouring method, the cost is lower, and construction is faster and more convenient.
