The outer wall fireproof insulation board is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of high-alumina cement, 10-20 parts of rock wool, 10-20 parts of an adhesive, 20-40 parts of a flame retardant, 10-15 parts of carbon powder, 10-30 parts of water and 1-5 parts of polyurethane. A production method of the outer wall fireproof insulation board comprises the following steps: step 1, foaming; 2, stirring and mixing; 3, reverse mold forming is carried out; and 4, demolding and cutting. By filling polyurethane and carbon powder inside, the thermal insulation effect can be improved, the heat-resistant temperature can be increased, a small amount of titanium powder can adsorb internal peculiar smell, so that the air environment is guaranteed, through integral preparation forming, multiple functions are combined, falling is not prone to occurring, and therefore the thermal insulation and fireproof effects are guaranteed.
