The invention discloses non-autoclaved PHC pipe pile concrete which comprises cementitious materials, water, water reducing agents, sand, stones and anticoagulant. The total mass of the non-autoclaved PHC pipe pile concrete per cubic meter is 2400 kg-2550 kg, wherein the cementitious materials are 430 kg-480 kg, the mass ratio of water to the cementitious materials is 0.20-0.23 to1, the amount of the water reducing agents is 3.0-3.6% of the mass of the cementitious materials, the amount of the anticoagulant is 0.2-0.8% of the mass of the cementitious materials, the balance is sand and stones, and the mass ratio of the sand to the stones is 0.5-0.6 to1. The slump constant of a mixture of the non-autoclaved PHC pipe pile concrete can reach 30-60 mm, and the construction requirement is met; the demoulding strength of the pipe pile concrete obtained after being subjected to steam curing for 8 hours exceeds 80 MPa, and the demoulding strength of the pipe pile concrete obtained after being subjected to steam curing for 5 days is higher than 90 MPa.
