The invention provides a manufacturing method of a part non-autoclaved concrete pipe pile, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 450 to 500 kg/m <3> of PII52.5 R Portland cement, 650 to 700 kg/m <3> of machine-made sand, 45 to 50 kg/m <3> of microbeads, 90 to 100 kg/m <3> of mineral powder, 45 to 50 kg/m <3> of silica fume, 1100 to 1200 kg/m <3> of gravel, 12 to 15 kg/m <3> of a water reducing agent and 150 to 160 kg/m <3> of water. The method specifically comprises the steps of cage weaving, mold assembling, concrete mixing according to the proportion, filling, centrifugal forming, normal-pressure curing, demolding, detecting and the like. According to the manufacturing method of the non-autoclaved concrete pipe pile, by optimizing the formula of the PII52.5 R Portland cement, the machine-made sand, the microbeads, the mineral powder, the silica fume, the gravels, the water reducing agent and the water and optimizing the production process, the good mechanical property can be still kept on the premise that high-pressure steam curing is omitted, energy consumption can be saved.
