Superfine portland cement-based injecting paste material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting reinforcement and discloses a superfine portland cement-based injecting paste material and a preparation method thereof. The injecting paste material is prepared from, by weight, 55-80 parts of superfine portland cement clinker, 10-20 parts of superfine coal ash, 5-15 parts of superfine limestone flour, 2-6 parts of first composite additive, 0.2-1.5 parts of second composite additive and 45-80 parts of water. The first composite additive is prepared from, by weight, 25-75 parts of expanding agent, 10-30 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 2.5-25 parts of sodium metaaluminate and 1-10 parts of sodium gluconate. The second composite additive is prepared from, by weight, 0.5-10 parts of thickened resin, 5-25 parts of modified nanosilicon dioxide, 15-30 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 50-80 parts of water. The injecting paste material is high in slurry fluidity, small in viscosity and good in water-retaining property. The initial setting time can be adjusted. Microdilatancy occurs after hardening. 28d compressive strength ranges from 20 MPa to 60 MPa. The injecting paste material has the advantages of being short in production period and low in production cost, three wastes are not generated in the whole process, solid waste can be utilized, and the environment is not influenced.
