The invention discloses a solid waste utilization superfine mineral powder cement paste and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ball milling on dried industrial waste slag micro powder to obtain active slag superfine mineral powder; (2) adding sodium hydroxide into water glass, and stirring to obtain a binary compound alkali activator; then adding anhydrous calcium sulfate, carrying out ultrasonic treatment and stirring treatment, and aging to obtain a ternary composite alkali activator for later use; (3) uniformly mixing and stirring water, cement, the active slag superfine mineral powder and the ternary composite alkali activator to obtain cement paste; and (4) injecting the cement paste into a forming mold, compacting, striking off, curing, removing the mold, and curing again to obtain the superfine mineral powder cement paste. The industrial waste slag is prepared into the superfine mineral powder to replace part of cement to serve as a cementing material, the prepared cement paste is good in comprehensive performance such as flowability and compressive strength, the utilization rate of the slag micro powder is increased, and economic and environmental protection double benefits are achieved.
