The invention provides an inorganic sealing material comprising the raw materials of a component A and a component B, wherein according to the weight parts, the component A comprises the ingredients in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of sulfoaluminate cement, 15-30 parts of red mud, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 3-7 parts of bauxite, 15-30 parts of alumina clinker, 0.2-0.5 part of fiber, 0.3-0.7 part of calcium stearate, 0.05-0.1 part of an anionic surfactant, and 40-60 parts of water; the component B comprises 3-5 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide or 0.4-0.6 part by weight of an aluminum powder. The invention also provides a preparation method and a use method of the inorganic sealing material; the inorganic sealing material is sprayed on a roadway or a coal surface, can be congealed on the coal surface after about 30 minutes, a foamy, watertight and airtight coating layer can be formed, the coating layer thickness is less than 5 cm, and the strength can reach 0.5 MPa after 28 days.
