Sintered graphite sealing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sintered graphite sealing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, vibrating and screening superfine coke powder, graphite powder and pitch coke powder according to a set particle size, drying and preheating; s2, putting the treated raw materials into mixing and kneading equipment for ultrafine granularity, and carrying out vacuum mixing and kneading; s3, rolling, cooling, crushing and grinding into pressed powder after mixing and kneading, and performing step-by-step pressure forming by using an annular mold to obtain an annular prefabricated green body; and S4, roasting the annular prefabricated green body, heating to 800-1000 DEG C, preserving heat, and cooling to obtain a graphite sealing material product. A proper amount of nano carbon fibers are added during preparation of the graphite sealing material, so that the dispersity of raw materials such as superfine coke powder is improved, and agglomeration is reduced; meanwhile, polar groups are also added, so that the compatibility is improved, the uniform distribution of the medium-temperature asphalt is promoted, and the adhesiveness is enhanced to improve the integrity and stability of the material.
本发明公开了一种烧结石墨密封材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对超细焦粉、石墨粉和沥青焦粉按设定粒度振动筛分、干燥预热;S2、将处理后的原料放入一种用于超细粒度的混捏设备中进行真空混捏;S3、混捏后轧片、冷却、破碎磨粉制成压粉,用环形模具分步加压成型得环形预制生坯;S4、对环形预制生坯进行焙烧升温至800‑1000℃保温,冷却得石墨密封材料产品;通过在制作石墨密封材料时加入了适量的纳米碳纤维,改善超细焦粉等原材料的分散性,减少团聚;同时还加入了极性基团,提高相容性,促进中温沥青均匀分布,增强黏附性以提高材料整体性和稳定性。
