Geopolymer-based rapid repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a geopolymer-based rapid repairing material and its preparation method. The geopolymer-based rapid repairing material is composed of, by weight, 90-105 parts of metakaolin, 5-12 parts of quicklime, 5-10 parts of montmorillonite, 12-18 parts of sodium hydroxide and 90-110 parts of water glass. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing water glass and sodium hydroxide and uniformly stirring until sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved, so as to obtain an exciting agent; and 2) putting metakaolin, quicklime and montmorillonite into a cement paste mixer and uniformly mixing, stirring while adding the exciting agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain the geopolymer-based rapid repairing material. The prepared repairing material has short setting time, fast curing speed and high early strength. Flexural strength and compressive strength respectively reach 3MPa and 30 MPa and above within 6 hours. In addition, the repairing material has good adhesion with a concrete substrate, has no shrinkage or cracking, doesn't need to be maintained by a special means when used and is naturally maintained under a drying condition.
