Rapid geopolymer-based road repairing material
The invention discloses a rapid geopolymer-based road repairing material which is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of red mud, 8-15 parts of excitant, 25-40 parts of mineral slag, 10-15 parts of coal ash, 10-15 parts of calcined coal gangue, 5-10 parts of steel slag, 1-5 parts of micro silicon powder, 0.5-1 part of retarder and 0.1-0.5 part of water-soluble resin rubber powder. The preparation method of the rapid geopolymer-based road repairing material comprises the following steps: drying and crushing red mud so as to obtain dried red mud powder of which the water content is smaller than 5%; adding various raw materials into a zero-gravity mixing stirring machine according to the ratio, and stirring for 10 minutes; putting the stirred material into a dampproof packaging bag. The rapid geopolymer-based road repairing material has the advantages of high construction speed, low cost, rapid coagulation curing, high strength, environment-friendliness and the like. Compared with a cement-based repairing material, the rapid geopolymer-based road repairing material has the characteristics that the cost is lowered as a great deal of industrial waste solid slag is used, the strength and the coagulation efficiency of an injecting paste material are improved due to adoption of a geopolymer material synthesis technique, the flowability is improved, the amount of the industrial solid wastes is great, and the production is green and environment-friendly.
