Method for preparation of porcelain with twistable clay body by mud twisting process
The invention provides a method for preparation of porcelain with twistable clay body by mud twisting process. The method includes raw materials processing, molding and firing. The molding includes the steps of: injecting beforehand blended mud of two or more colors into a die simultaneously in proportion, when the mud injection amount reaches 20%-35% of the die volume, stopping mud injection; hoisting the die, and conducting regular shaking and/or rotation; further injecting mud to fullness to let the mud on the die inner wall form a required thickness, and pouring out the waste mud. The prepared twistable clay body texture has breakthrough and generates new artistic expression form, like parallel flow water, mountain or texture cut collage, thus enriching the expression form of twistable clay body textures, and enlarging the expression scope of twistable clay body textures. Also, by controlling the direction, speed, amplitude and the like of shaking and rotation, the texture form and texture formation position can be controlled, thereby improving the texture's variability and the change controllability.
