Aiming at the situation that currently, non-polar materials such as metal oxide and silicate are added to prepare high heat resistant ceramic to reduce the expansion coefficient of materials, and the high heat resistant ceramic is insufficient in toughness and prone to breaking and cannot not meet the use requirement for ceramic in the modern life, the preparing method comprises the steps that polyvinyl butyral and various kinds of powder are mixed, subjected to ball milling and then dried, a dry-pressed blank is prepared, the dry-pressed blank, absolute ethyl alcohol and polyvinyl butyral are stirred and mixed, powder is subjected to ball milling through a load, and sprayed to wrap a ceramic blank, and the far infrared heat shock resistant ceramic is prepared. The preparing method has the advantages that infrared radiation paint prepared through polyvinyl butyral is subjected to high-temperature porcelainization at the temperature higher than 1,100 DEG C, the bonding force of an infrared radiation coating and a matrix are enhanced, and the heat shock resistance of the coating is increased by 20-25%; the paint is sprayed by a spraying gun to form a wrapping layer, the toughness of ceramic materials is improved by 30-35%.
