Water-based tape casting method for preparation of reaction sintered silicon carbide carbon-containing porous biscuit
The invention relates to a water-based tape casting method for preparation of a reaction sintered silicon carbide carbon-containing porous biscuit. The method includes the steps of: (1) dispersing silicon carbide powder serving as ceramic powder, carbon black, a dispersing agent, an adhesive and a plasticizer in water evenly according to certain proportion, and performing ball milling to obtain a ceramic slurry; (2) subjecting the obtained ceramic slurry to vacuum defoaming and then performing tape casting to obtain a cast film; (3) drying and laminating the obtained cast film, putting the cast film into a die, carrying out compression molding and demolding, thus obtaining a cast film biscuit; and (4) subjecting the obtained cast film biscuit to heat preservation debonding at certain temperature to obtain the carbon-containing porous biscuit with uniform pore size distribution. The method provided by the invention uses water as the only solvent of the tape casting process, and has the advantages of low cost, no toxicity and harm, and environmental friendliness.
