The invention discloses a preparation method for a YFeO3 tape casting biscuit film. The preparation method comprises the steps that YFeO3 matrix powder, a first chemical reagent, a second chemical reagent, a third chemical regent and deionized water are added into a ball milling tank for ball milling mixing, the pH value of the mixture is regulated to 9.5-11 with ammonia water, YFeO3 template grains are finally added, ball milling mixing is performed, and then YFeO3 paste is obtained; standing and aging are performed on the YFeO3 paste for 1-2 h, a fourth chemical reagent is added, vacuumizing is performed to remove bubbles, and water-based tape casting paste is obtained; tape casting is performed on the water-based tape casting paste in an LYJ-150 type tape casting machine, then demolding is performed, drying is performed by controlling the temperature to be at 20 DEG C-30 DEG C, and the YFeO3 casting biscuit film is prepared. According to the preparation method, water-based tape casting is adopted, the environmental pollution is little, and the obtained YEeO3 tape casting biscuit film is flat and smooth in surface and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
