The invention relates to an internal and external water seepage filtering pipe. The internal and external water seepage filtering pipe comprises a water pipe made of polymeric materials; the wall of the water pipe is slotted along the axial direction and the longitudinal direction, namely the length direction; the width of slots ranges from 0.7 to 3.5mm; two ends of the water pipe are of inner and external screw threaded or flange ring structures; the length of the slots ranges from 20 to 150cm; the outer side of the slots of the water pipe is provided with a filtering net coating; and the area of the slots is 2 to 13% of the surface area of the pipe.
