The invention belongs to the technical field related to dike protection and emergency rescue, and particularly provides a water filtering, seepage draining and prevention fixing method which comprises the following steps that firstly, at least one row of installation point positions are arranged in a dike soil body seepage area or a dike foundation seepage area in advance; 2, a plurality of prepared water filter pipe columns filled with filter materials are inserted into the multiple installation point positions respectively, and a water drainage nozzle of each water filter pipe column is connected to a main water drainage pipe; and step 3, evacuating air in the water filtering tubular column, and forming vacuum or negative pressure drainage in the water filtering tubular column to discharge clear water in a self-escaping manner. Clear water can be discharged by placing the water filtering pipe column into the water seepage area of the levee body, so that the height of an escape point of a seepage line is reduced, and the stability of the water seepage levee slope is enhanced; or the water filtering pipe column is arranged in a foundation leakage channel, so that not only can the effects of filtering, mixing and discharging the rush pipe surge be achieved, but also the water gushing level in the water filtering pipe column can be raised to balance the osmotic pressure, and water gushing and sand gushing of the leakage channel are reduced or avoided.
本发明属于堤防防护抢险相关的技术领域，具体提供了一种滤水排渗固防方法，包括以下步骤：步骤一，预先在堤防土体渗水区域或堤基渗漏区域置设至少一排安装点位；步骤二，将制备好的多个管内装填滤料的滤水管柱分别插打入在多个所述安装点位内，每个所述滤水管柱的排水嘴均连接于总排水管；步骤三，将所述滤水管柱的内部空气抽空，在所述滤水管柱内部形成真空或负压引流自逸排出清水。本发明能够通过滤水管柱置入堤身渗水区域排出清水，以降低浸润线出逸点高度，以增强渗水堤坡的稳定性；或滤水管柱置入地基渗漏通道，不但可以对抢护管涌起到滤混排清的效果，而且还能起到抬高滤水管柱内的涌水位平衡渗压，减少或避免渗漏通道涌水涌沙。
