The invention discloses a composite wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite wallboard comprises two concrete surface layers which are made of concrete and arranged in a spaced mode, a foam core layer which is arranged between the two concrete surface layers and made of plastic foam and three-dimensional spacer fabrics which are embedded into the foam core layer and the two concrete surface layers to connect the foam core layer and the two concrete surface layers together. According to the composite wallboard and the manufacturing method thereof, the durability, anti-shearing strength and anti-compression property of the composite wallboard can be improved.
