本发明涉及一种预制装配式复合墙板及其制作方法,预制装配式复合墙板包括工形基板、结构骨架、保温板和外饰板,在上述预制装配式复合墙板的制造过程中,需要使用专用的打孔设备,使用上述打孔设备制造上述预制装配式复合墙板的方法具体包括以下步骤:部件制作、骨架打孔、浇筑成型与成品安装。本发明提供的打孔设备,能够通过支撑装置、压紧装置和打孔装置的配合同时对多根结构骨架进行进行多排钻孔处理,钻孔效率较高,从而提高了结构骨架的固定安装效率,且在钻孔过程中,设置有冷却机构,冷却水能够循环多次使用,从而大大降低了钻孔的成本,提高了本设备的实用性能。
