The invention discloses a combined template comprising a front template, a rear template, and a fastening assembly used for fixing the front template and the rear template. The front template comprises a front panel and an outer frame and an inner frame which extend from the edge of the front panel, the outer frame and the inner frame are perpendicular to the plane where the front panel is located, and the outer frame and the inner frame are respectively arranged at the two sides of the front panel. The outer frame forms a first accommodating cavity used for accommodating the rear template. The inner frame forms a second accommodating cavity. The invention further discloses a construction method of the combined template. The combined template has a simple structure, is convenient to construct, and has the advantages of high commonality and wide scope of application. The defect that the flood control wall in the prior art has a monotonous and stiff look is improved, and the landscape effect of the water side of the flood control wall is enhanced.
