The invention relates to a refitting device and method for quickly refitting an electronic lock into a wireless networking lock, and the electronic lock with the refitting device. The refitting device and method are mainly used for electronic locks. A power module is connected with a first plug-in module, a second plug-in module, a control module and a motor drive module. The positive electrode of a light-emitting diode of a first optocoupler is connected with the first plug-in module and the second plug-in module, and the negative electrode of the light-emitting diode of the first optocoupler is connected with one end of a third resistor. The other end of the third resistor is connected with the first plug-in module and the second plug-in module. The positive electrode of a light-emitting diode of a second optocoupler is connected with the negative electrode of the light-emitting diode of the first optocoupler, and the negative electrode of the light-emitting diode of the second optocoupler is connected with the positive electrode of the light-emitting diode of the first optocoupler. One end of a second resistor is connected with the collector electrode of a phototransistor of the first optocoupler, and the other end of the second resistor is connected with the control module. One end of a first resistor is connected with the collector electrode of a phototransistor of the second optocoupler, and the other end of the first resistor is connected with the control module.
