The invention discloses an activating agent for a concrete composite admixture and a preparation method of the activating agent. The activating agent is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1-8 parts of sodium metasilicate, 10-30 parts of calcium sulfate, 0.1-2 parts of amide mixtures, 0.1-0.3 part of cellulose ether, 0.5-1 part of acrylic acid, 1-2 parts of cyclohydrocabon mixtures, 0.1-1 part of a polymeric dispersant and 15-30 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the activating agent. The activating agent has the beneficial effects that the composite admixture obtained by adding the activating agent disclosed by the invention has good activity in the first, third, seventh and fourteenth days, is improved in activity when lasting to 28 days and keeps high activity; the dosage of cement in each cube of concrete material is greatly reduced to 50%, and the cost is reduced by about 25.5 Yuan; and when the composite admixture obtained by adding the activating agent disclosed by the invention is used for producing concrete, the initial compressive strength of the concrete can be improved, the compressive strength is further improved by 10MPa after 28 days, and various performances of the concrete are greatly improved.
