The present invention relates to an overpass, particularly to a five-fork intersection two-layer structure overpass. According to the five-fork intersection two-layer structure overpass, twenty lanes are arranged on the overpass; the first layer ground of the overpass is provided with four turning-right lanes and two straight-going lanes, and the second layer deck is provided with four turning-left lanes and another two straight-going lanes; and the four directions such as east, west, south and north of the overpass are respectively provided with a lane communicating to a branch line, and the branch lines of the overpass are provided with four lanes respectively communicating to the four directions such as east, west, south and north. According to the present invention, the communications between the branch lines and the four directions such as east, west, south and north are achieved; with the four turnings (or three turnings or five turnings), each turning-left lane extends from the first layer ground to the second layer deck and then extends from the second layer deck to the first layer ground and the turning-left is achieved, and another two straight-going lanes extend from the first layer ground to the second layer deck and then extend from the second layer deck to the first layer ground and the straight-going is achieved; and the communications of the branch lines to the four directions such as east, west, south and north, and the communications of the four directions such as east, west, south and north to the branch lines are achieved.
