The invention discloses a small free steering double-steel wheel vibratory roller, which integrates vibration compaction technology, full hydraulic drive technology and planetary gravitational equilibrium technology, and is applicable to high quality compaction work of wide asphalt pavement, large area foundation (like squares, buildings, etc.) and the like with short work distance. The existing two vibratory rolling wheels are arranged side by side, an engine and a hydraulic device are integrated (called a hydraulic power apparatus), a driving cab is arranged over the hydraulic power apparatus (to form an operation apparatus), the operation apparatus is arranged between the two vibratory rolling wheels to show a symmetric form. The hydraulic power apparatus and the two vibratory rolling wheels are connected through a planet wheel apparatus, a spring buffer apparatus is disposed therebetween so as to block the influence of vibratory rolling wheels on the operation apparatus. Under the action of the operation apparatus, a driver and other gravity, and the planet wheel apparatus, basic balance of the operation apparatus can be realized, and smooth operation of the driver is ensured.
