Water jet cutting device for repairing craters in airport runway
The invention relates to a water jet cutting device for repairing craters in an airport runway. The water jet cutting device comprises a cutting system, a sand supply system, a pressurization system and an auxiliary system, wherein the cutting system is provided with a high-pressure water sprayer, the sand supply system is provided with a sand storage tank, the pressurization system is provided with a reciprocating type pressurizer, and the auxiliary system is provided with a water energy accumulator; the two ends of the reciprocating type pressurizer of the pressurization system are connected to one end of the water energy accumulator of the auxiliary system through pipelines, and the other end of the water energy accumulator is connected with the high-pressure water inlet of the high-pressure water sprayer through a pipeline; the sand storage tank of the sand supply system is connected with the sand inlet of the high-pressure water sprayer through a pipeline. The water jet cutting device has the advantages that the cutting speed of the water jet cutting device is superior to that of a conventional mechanical cutting machine; as the water cutting ability is concentrated, the impact on the road surface is small, the cutting quality is superior to that of a mechanical cutting technology, and the locking phenomenon cannot occur; in the cutting process, the depth feeding is not needed, and the cutting straightness does not need to be ensured; as cutting media are water and abrasive materials, no damage phenomenon of cutters during cutting exists, the cost is low, and no dust and noise pollution exist.
