Cover beam external prestressing reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
Disclosed is a cover beam external prestressing reinforcing structure. Steel cable steering blocks are fixed to the upper portion of the side face of a cover beam and the lower middle portion of a cover beam midspan. A steel cable steering support is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the cover beam midspan. The two ends of an external prestressing steel cable are connected with tension anchorage devices respectively through the steel cable steering blocks and the steel cable steering support. The tension anchorage devices are fixed into concrete gear blocks for tensioning. The construction method comprises the steps of manufacturing the steel cable steering blocks, manufacturing and installing the steel cable steering support, installing the steel cable steering blocks, manufacturing the concrete gear blocks for tensioning, installing the external prestressing steel cable for tensioning and anchoring, and conducting preservative treatment on a cover beam bottom steel plate and cover beam side steel plates. According to the external prestressing reinforcing structure, two-time loading can be performed on the cover beam midspan just by performing tensioning and anchoring one time on the prestressing steel cable, so that the midspan bending resistance reinforcing effect is improved obviously. The horizontal included angle of the external prestressing steel cable is increased through the steel cable steering support, and the reinforcing effect is effectively improved.
