The invention provides a composite steel pipe concrete column-steel beam semi-cross-core haunch type node, relating to a node connection form of a composite steel pipe concrete column and a steel beam, and belonging to the technical fields of construction engineering and bridge engineering. The node is composed of a composite steel pipe concrete column, a steel beam and a force transfer component, wherein the composite steel pipe concrete column is composed of an inner steel pipe, an outer steel pipe and poured concrete; the steel beam is composed of upper and lower flanges and webs; the force transfer component is an oblique haunch plate; the steel beam passes through the outer steel pipe and is welded on the wall of the inner steel pipe, and the intersection of the steel beam and the wall of the outer steel pipe is subjected to weld reinforcement; and meanwhile, a ribbed oblique haunch plate is welded between the steel beam and the composite steel pipe concrete column. The node provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient in construction; and by combining with steel beam semi-cross-core and beam end haunch structure measures, the node has the advantages of high stiffness and strength, good earthquake resistance, definite force transfer path and the like and can realize the effective transfer of the force between the composite steel pipe concrete column and the steel beam.
