The upper steel pipe column is located above the connecting component, and the lower end of the upper steel pipe column is fixedly connected with the upper side of the connecting component. A plurality of open grooves are formed in the top end of the lower steel pipe column and extend downwards from the top end of the lower steel pipe column in the length direction of the lower steel pipe column. The middle of the connecting component is located in the lower steel pipe column, so that the connecting end of the connecting component penetrates through the open groove of the lower steel pipe column to extend to the outer side of the lower steel pipe column, and the connecting end of the connecting component is placed in the open groove.
