The invention discloses an easy-to-use energy-saving board room which comprises side wall plates and a roof, wherein a solar cell plate is installed on the top end of a rotation shaft, one end of a solar water heater is movably connected to the roof by a hinge structure, the other end is movably installed on the upper surface of the roof by an expansion rod, a phase-change material pipe is disposed inside the solar water heater, the outer wall of a cooling range has a hollow structure, heating wires are disposed inside, and a power supply circuit of the heating wires is connected to an electric transmission circuit of an electric storage device. By designing the solar cell plate into a rotatable structure, the easy-to-use energy-saving board room can adjust the direction according to sunshine intensity, increases solar collection efficiency, and can be used easily. By adding the structure with a changeable inclining angle to the solar water heater, the solar water heater can collect more energy. The easy-to-use energy-saving board room is simple in structure and convenient in operations.
