The invention discloses an efficient energy-saving board room which comprises board room wall faces and a board room roof, wherein a solar photovoltaic plate is disposed on the top end of a strut in an inclined manner, space enclosed by the board room wall faces is an inner room, solar heat collectors are closely adhered and installed on the upper surface of a board room frame, a PCM heat collection tube is disposed inside the solar heat collector, a stove range is also placed inside the inner room, and the outer wall of the stove range has a hollow structure and is communicated with a water outlet end of an energy-saving stove. The efficient energy-saving board room equips the board room with efficient energy-saving capacity by integrating a power supply device of the solar photovoltaic plate and the solar heat collectors, reduces utilization of combustion materials and further reaches an energy-saving effect by designing the solar heat collectors to realize pre-heating and heat preservation of the stove range, adopts a heating manner of the PCM heat collection tube to make operations convenient and rapid, and also avoids resource waste caused by heat dissipation during utilization of a water tank.
