The invention provides building foam and a foam wall formed by splicing the building foam and belongs to the field of building foam. The building foam comprises a foam body which is divided into an upper foam body and a lower foam body. Each foam body comprises a first foam plate, a second foam plate, a third foam plate and a fourth foam plate, the upper foam body is formed by connecting the corresponding first foam plate, the corresponding second foam plate, the corresponding third foam plate and the corresponding fourth foam plate from left to right in sequence, and the lower foam body is formed by connecting the corresponding fourth foam plate, the corresponding third foam plate, the corresponding second foam plate and the corresponding first foam plate from left to right in sequence. A height difference exists between any two of the first foam plate, the second foam plate, the third foam plate and the fourth foam plate; multiple foam bodies are connected, and a through hole is formed by splicing the height difference parts of any two adjacent foam bodies. Indoor and outdoor noise is absorbed through the through holes, meanwhile, effective ventilation of a building is achieved, and the ventilation effect and the noise absorbing effect are good.
