The invention discloses a machine for building a wall by using foam glass. The machine comprises a displacement device, wherein the displacement device is used for lifting and displacing the machine on the ground; a stacking device is arranged on the displacement device; the foam glass with a certain specification can be placed in the stacking device; and a meshing rack, a barrier plate and a track plate are fixedly arranged on the side, which is close to the wall building side, of the stacking device. The foam glass with the certain specification can be automatically used for building the wall, meanwhile, the foam glass which exceeds the thickness of the wall can be cut, and meanwhile, the rest of the foam glass is spliced and used again; meanwhile, in a process of building the wall by using the foam glass, a mating device is used, so that mating is increased continuously along with continuous rising of the wall, the foam glass can be matched with cement well, and adhesion is firm; and because the machine is high in automation degree, the construction difficulty of building the wall by using the foam glass can be reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the utilization rate of the foam glass is increased.
本发明公开了一种利用泡沫玻璃进行砌墙的机器，包括位移装置，其所述位移装置用于将本发明在地面上的升降和位移，所述位移装置上设有堆料装置，所述堆料装置内可放置一定规格的泡沫玻璃，所述堆料装置靠近砌墙侧固定设有啮合齿条、阻挡板和轨道板，本发明可以自动的利用一定规格的泡沫玻璃进行砌墙体，同时可以对超出墙体厚度的泡沫玻璃进行切割，同时对剩余部分，进行再次拼接利用，同时，设备在进行泡沫玻璃砌墙的过程中，利用配种装置，使得随着墙体的不断升高，配种不断增加，让泡沫玻璃可以与水泥更加契合，粘连更加牢固，因为本发明自动化程度高，可以降低泡沫玻璃砌墙的施工难度，提高施工效率，提高泡沫玻璃的使用率。
