The invention discloses an adjustable type movable turning plate. The adjustable type movable turning plate comprises a plate body, wherein the plate body comprises a first slide plate (11) and a second slide plate (12); the second slide plate (12) is embedded into a cavity and is in sliding connection with the first slide plate (11); the first slide plate (11) is provided with a spring (2); the second slide plate (12) is provided with a positioning hole (13); the spring (2) is in hanging and fixing connection with the positioning hole (13) at the corresponding position; a pull rod (3) is arranged on the spring (2); one end of the pull rod (3) is connected with a non-fixed end of the spring (2) and the other end of the pull rod (3) penetrates through the middle part of the spring (2), stretches into the cavity of the first slide plate (11) and is upwards bent to penetrate through a strip-shaped groove at the corresponding position. By using the spring, the pull rod and the two slide plates, the space gap of building construction can be reduced and the construction safety is improved; and the adjustable type movable turning plate is in a simple structure, is convenient to operate and has a wide applicable range.
