The invention discloses a grouter with a spray mechanism and a concrete spraying method thereof. The grouter is characterized by comprising a single screw pump fixed on a frame, a stirring mechanism and an electrical box. Rollers are disposed below the frame. A grouting motor and the stirring motor are connected to the electrical box. A hopper is disposed below the stirring mechanism. The lower portion of the hopper is connected to the single screw pump. A discharge outlet of the single screw pump is connected with the spray mechanism. The spray mechanism comprises an air compressor, a spray nozzle, and an accelerator conveyer. The air compressor and the accelerator conveyer are separately connected with the spray nozzle. The air compressor and the accelerator conveyer are connected with the electrical box through wires. The invention has the advantages that the strict requirements of engineering for mortar water-cement ratio and grouting pressure are satisfied, mortar with a water-cement ratio in a design range can be easily grouted, and the design pressure is reached; meanwhile, the pump can be fitted with a sprayer, and a roadway wall can be sprayed under protection.
