PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that quality variation is little and has good accelerating property in spray concrete using fly ash abundantly, particularly using raw powder of fly ash.SOLUTION: Spray concrete contains cement, fly ash, darkening inhibitor, water reducing agent and accelerating agent. In a spraying method, base concrete containing the cement, the fly ash, the darkening inhibitor and the water reducing agent is merged and blended with the accelerating agent and sprayed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】フライアッシュを多量に使用した吹付けコンクリートにおいても、品質変動が少なく、良好な急結性を有する手法を提供することである。特に、フライアッシュの原粉を使用する場合にも有効な手法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント、フライアッシュ、黒ずみ防止剤、減水剤及び急結剤を含むことを特徴とする吹付けコンクリートである。さらに、セメント、フライアッシュ、黒ずみ防止剤及び減水剤を含むベースコンクリートに、急結剤を合流混合して吹付けることを特徴とする吹付け方法である。【選択図】なし
