The additional braces are fixedly connected with the inner wall of a tower tube of the wind power tower to provide lateral rigidity for the conical tower tube structure of the wind power tower to restrain local buckling. The foundation straining beams are connected with the additional braces to improve the integrity between an additional structural system and the conical tower tube structure of the wind power tower. The damper supports are connected with the additional braces. The vibration attenuation dampers provide additional damping for the wind power tower and absorb vibration energy generated under the wind vibration and earthquake actions to reduce the vibration amplitude of the conical tower tube structure of the wind power tower. By applying the vibration attenuation damper to the conical tower tube structure of the wind power tower, the vibration amplitude generated under the wind and earthquake actions is reduced.
